New COVID-19 protocol are in place and must be strictly followed by all clients and lash artist.

Please familiarise yourself with the following changes prior to attending your appointment at Elysian Lash.

LASH ARTIST

  • The Lash Artist will cancel all appointments should any cold/flu like symptoms appear

  • The Lash Artist will send home any client that arrives to their appointment with cold/flu like symptoms or have recently returned to the country.

  • The Lash Artist will wear a mask at all times

  • The door, doorknobs, light switches, bench top, sink and taps will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between each client

  • The bed, light, lash trolley and lash tools will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between each client

  • Appointment buffers are in place to allow for enhanced cleaning and sanitation between each client

  • Each client entering the salon will be kept on record to support faster contact tracing if necessary. Walk ins included.

CLIENT

  • The client will stay home if they are unwell, have anyone in their household unwell, suspect they have or been in contact with another who has covid-19.
    The client will contact Elysian Lash to reschedule/cancel their appointment.

  • Arrive to the appointment unaccompanied

  • Clients are asked to arrive on time & not early or late for appointments

  • Use the hand sanitiser at reception or wash hands upon entry & after your treatment

  • Clients to bring a mask to wear at each appointment where possible.

  • All new, disposable lash brushes used during your service will be sanitised prior to you taking it home

  • Clients may bring their own blanket (bedding will be removed for now to reduce risk of transmission)
