By booking an appointment with Elysian Lash, you agree to following terms and conditions below.


  • Booking requests made via the website are tentative and will require confirmation.

  • All new clients/full set appointments will require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the appointment cost in order to secure the appointment.
    The deposit is required to be paid by the due date specified. No deposit will mean the appointment request will be declined and the time slot will be released.
    Elysian Lash reserves the right to retain the amount in the event an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment.

  • Should an appointment be cancelled/rescheduled within 48 hours notice at which a deposit was not taken, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be invoiced to the client. If an appointment is cancelled/rescheduled within 4 hours of the appointment, 70% of the appointment cost will be invoiced to the client.
    If a ‘no show’ occurs for an appointment, 100% of the appointment cost will be invoiced to the client.

    No future appointments will be accepted until all outstanding invoices are paid.

  • Infill appointments are to be booked 2, 3 or 4 weeks interval, anything over may be regarded as a full set and be costed accordingly.

  • Pricing Disclaimer. All prices on this website are subject to change without notice.

  • Elysian Lash accepts card payments (1.9% surcharge applies), bank transfers or cash.


  • Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If cancellation or rescheduling is made within 48 hours, the initial deposit becomes non refundable or 50% of the appointment cost will be invoiced. Cancellations or rescheduling within 4 hours of the appointment slot will incur a fee of 70% of the appointment cost. No shows automatically forfeit their deposit for new clients, for existing clients the full cost of the service will be invoiced.


  • Please arrive to your appointment without any eye makeup or mascara.

  • Please avoid intense excersise and drinking caffeine prior to your appointment. This can cause in your eyes to flutter which as a result will take longer therefore potentially costing you more.

  • For Health and Safety reasons, small children will not be allowed in the beauty room.


  • Due to the nature of eyelash application, it is essential to be on time for your appointment. Late arrivals mean that your appointment will be shortened and you will be required to pay for the full amount of your booked appointment. In respect to my clients, appointments will finish on time and no delays will be made. Please arrive on time and with all eye makeup removed to get the most out of your appointment.


  • Gift certificates must be redeemed within the expiry date on the certificate.

  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

  • Gift certificates are non-transferable and resale is prohibited.

  • Gift certificates cannot be combined with other vouchers and is not valid with other promos and offers.

  • 48 hours cancellation/reschedule policy applies for all bookings. If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours notice prior to the appointment, 50% of the gift certificate amount will be deducted. No shows to an appointment will result in 100% of the gift certificate amount deducted.
